Hey there! I’m Grace, I am so happy you are here!
Some people are naturally tuned into others. They notice needs, smooth conflicts, and hold the room together. Often times before they even consider themselves. Maybe you’ve been doing that for years, and somewhere along the way, you lost track of what you need.
Therapy here, with me, is about exploring why those patterns exist, gently unlearning the habits that no longer serve you, and practicing ways to show up for yourself. Together we will work to create space to breathe, trust yourself, and be fully, wonderfully you. If any of this resonates, keep scrolling! I’d love to connect with you!
Your voice matters. Your boundaries matter. You matter. Let’s make space for all of it.
My Therapeutic Approaches
-
My approach is collaborative and personalized. I pull from a variety of therapeutic modalities including the ones below! What matters most is that our work feels supportive and tailored to you. Therapy isn’t one-size-fits-all and your care shouldn’t be either.
-
EMDR stands for Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing. It’s a therapy approach that helps people heal from distressing experiences or trauma by allowing the brain to reprocess memories in a new, less overwhelming way.
It might sound a little weird at first (it did to me, too!), but it’s actually really effective. We use things like eye movements, tapping, or sounds to help the brain “unstick” tough memories and make space for new understanding and relief.
Many people find EMDR helps them feel lighter, less triggered, and more grounded without having to talk through every detail of what happened.
-
Experiential therapy is all about doing rather than just talking. Instead of only sitting and discussing what’s going on, we might explore feelings through creative or body-based activities — like guided imagery, role play, movement, or even using objects or art to express something that’s hard to put into words.
It helps us connect with emotions on a deeper level and can uncover insights that traditional talk therapy might miss. Sometimes our bodies and instincts know things before our minds do — experiential therapy helps bring all of that into the healing process.

IFS stands for Internal Family Systems, and it’s based on the idea that we’re all made up of many different “parts.” You might have a part that’s really hard on yourself, a part that wants to keep the peace, a part that feels anxious, and maybe another part that just wants to rest.
IFS helps us get to know these parts — not to get rid of them, but to understand them with compassion. Every part has a reason for being there, even the ones that feel overwhelming or confusing. When we listen to them with curiosity instead of judgment, we can start to heal the deeper wounds they’re trying to protect.
It’s kind, empowering, and one of my favorite ways to help people reconnect with themselves.
What to expect from Grace?
In session I show up soft hearted, silly but driven clinician who believes in being fully myself because I want you to feel safe being fully yourself too! That might mean we cry, reflect, pause, or laugh (sometimes all in one session!). Whatever you bring: the anxious thoughts, the overthinking, or the worry that you’re “too much” this is a place to be fully yourself, without judgment or pressure.
As far as my fancy degree goes, I have received my Master of Arts in Mental Health Counseling with a concentration in Marriage and Family Therapy and am currently under the supervision of Sara Hopkins LMFT 928.

It’s a place that’s just for you — to process, heal, grow, and reconnect with yourself. We’ll go at your pace, and together we’ll make sense of the hard stuff while also uncovering your strengths, values, and what truly matters to you.
My standard fee is $100 per session, however I do offer a sliding scale upon request!

Starting therapy is a big step, and it’s important that you feel comfortable with the person you’re sharing your story with. I offer a free 15-minute phone call so we can connect, talk through what you're looking for, and make sure it feels like a good fit for both of us. No pressure — just a chance to see if we vibe.
Why I do what I do!

Why I do what I do! *
There was a time I felt completely lost, like my story had been written by everyone else but me.
I would look in the mirror and wonder who that tired, pulled in version of myself was, and if I’d ever find the person I used to know. That’s when I went to therapy for the first time (THANK GOODNESS!). Therapy became a soft, safe space where I could finally breathe, unpack the pain and fear I’d been holding, and be truly seen. In that kind, compassionate space, I began to find myself again — but the version of me I found was different. She was stronger, steadier, and even more tender hearted than I had imagined!
That experience was my first lesson in the power of being held and seen through life’s hardest moments. Through my therapist’s eyes, I learned to see myself with compassion and see the true strength I held. I am forever grateful for that time in my life.
From that moment on, I knew I wanted to create that same space for others. A space to find themselves, honor their pain, and be held. So here I am, doing what I love, helping people like you find the same kind of space to heal, grow, and reconnect with themselves. It has been the greatest honor to walk alongside people as they reclaim their stories and find themselves again!
